Sarah is a former WTA ( Women’s Tennis Association ) professional tennis player.
After leaving the WTA professional tour, her passion for fitness, tennis and helping others was a driving force and she enrolled at an elite sports college in the U.K. getting her diploma in Advanced Fitness Training. She also specializes in massage, rehab, sports nutrition, as well as being a certified Life Coach. She then began her journey to helping other aspiring athletes to help achieve their goals.
Sarah knows first hand what it takes to become a professional tennis player and athlete, with her many years of training and competing to become the best in the world and living on the professional tour her knowledge gives her athletes the extra edge on training, “for someone who has actual real life experience”.

‘TheBaileyMethod’ is a research based, data driven Advanced tennis footwork and movement training program unlike any other available in the world today!
Over 21 Grand Slam Tennis Players trained in ‘TheBaileyMethod’ including Monica Seles, Jelena Dokic, Bethanie Mattek-Sands, Johanna Konta just to name a few.
Its a clearly structured and highly personalized training system that rapidly improves match play performance. ‘TheBaileyMethod’ incorporates very specific teachings of various multi-directional footwork, movement, balance, and shot selection skills. ‘TheBaileyMethod’ is taught in multiple stages. Later progressing to hitting balls to specific targets on court. Then the program is tailored to the players strengths and having the ability to identify their opponents weakest moves to then we formulate their own tactical movement plans that are then implemented with great success for tournament competition.
Because Sarah is not only a Advanced Fitness Trainer also being a former WTA player gives her the ability to show shadowing and swing techniques, footwork and then being able to take them on court to feed balls and be a hitting partner gives her the extra advantage to her players when wanting to make huge strives in their performance and career success.
